Hotelchef Franz Hofbauer worked in the pastry shop after his confectioner training in Upper Austria and in various hotels in Austria - until he came to the Achensee. Here he learned to cook beyond the desserts. As a tenant, he successfully ran the restaurant of Leading Golfclub Achensee together with Christine for 12 years. At the Hotel Christina he is responsible for your breakfast buffet. In the summer season, he conjures homemade cakes and pies and fine à la carte dishes that delight the palate and eyes.
Christine Oberlindober was born with the hotelier gene. Growing up in Hotel Kristall in Pertisau, she had the desire to be a hostess as a child. She visited the tourism school Villa Blanka in Innsbruck and is a landlady with heart and soul. She looks after the administrative as well as the restaurant and the decoration in the house. Her heart desire is that you as our guest feel at home in the Hotel Christina - and that you can enjoy the time with your loved ones all around.
David Oberlindober followed in the footsteps of his parents and visited the 5-year tourism school in Zell am Ziller, which he graduated in 2017 with distinction. In addition to numerous internships in the tourism sector, he completed his civil service at the Austrian Red Cross. He has been studying at the ManagementCenterInnsbruck since autumn 2018.
The youngest of the family also visits the 5-year tourism school in Zell am Ziller. She has already gained a lot of practical experience - and is currently trying to train as a young sommelier. In the Hotel Christina she supports her mother actively in the service.
