Check-in: the rooms are available at 3 pm. Of course, you are very welcome to arrive earlier, to leave your luggage in the Hotel Christina and let us take full advantage of your Achensee vacation.
Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00. Please check out at the reception between 09:00 and 10:30 am. Also on the day of departure we are happy to put your luggage under and you can still spend this day with us.
The deposit of € 200, - per room due upon reservation, please transfer to the account free of charge.

The additional local tax is € 3, - per person / day, children up to 14 years are local tax-free.
Cancellation / Cancellation Conditions
Nobody wants it - and yet it can happen and you have to cancel your holiday. The following cancellation conditions apply at the Hotel Christina:
- Up to 15 days before arrival for free
- 14 days before arrival 100% of the total price
There is no 14-day right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs 1 Z10 FAGG. Cancellations are only accepted in written form.
Child discounts
The children's prices and / or reduced prices apply per day / child with 2 fully paying persons at night in the booked room of the parents.
- 0 - 2 years: € 0,-
- 2 - 6 years: € 25,-
- 6 - 10 years: € 45,-
- 10 - 14 years: € 55,-
- 14 - 16 years: € 65,-
- 16 - 18 years: € 80,-
If you want to use a double room on your own, the surcharge will be between € 25 per day. The loft offers no discount.
By arrangement you are welcome to bring your dog. The supplement is € 20, - per dog / day (without food and blanket). Please understand that no dogs are allowed in the SPA area of our hotel.
Please note in the interest of all guests: All our rooms in the Hotel Christina as well as the restaurant, hotel bar and of course the SPA area are clear "non-smoking zones".
You are welcome to smoke on your balcony or on the covered terrace in front of the house.
The use of our Wi-Fi network in the entire Hotel Christina is free for our guests. The login password can be found in your room folder.
As a guest of our hotel, you can park for free at the house.
